I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a deep passion for supporting individuals in their unique circumstances.

As a strong, resilient, and determined woman, who has faced a range of health issues, physical and mental and other significant life challenges, I understand the profound impact of those on a one’s well-being, hence, I am committed to helping people achieve their fullest potential.
Having lived across three continents, I have gained invaluable insights into cultural humility and respect.​
My professional journey has seen me collaborate with a diverse range of services, including government and non government agencies, working extensively with individuals facing moderate to severe mental health challenges. This includes supporting neurodivergent people, and those experiencing trauma, domestic and sexual violence, addiction, relationship strains, financial stress, legal difficulties, and housing instability. I also specialise in helping those with chronic pain and medical conditions, such as Diabetes, Arthritis or Fibromyalgia.
