My extensive training in neurodiversity, combined with years of experience working with neurodivergent clients, significantly enhances my understanding. Additionally, having a daughter with AUDHD and being somewhat on the spectrum myself, I bring a deeply personal perspective to my practice. This unique combination of professional and personal insights allows me to connect with and support my clients more effectively.
I provide tailored intervention, not what the ‘book’ says, but what suits you.
I work from a strengths-based approach- what you are good at, not what you are lacking.
I have lots and lots of empathy, therefore you will feel safe and not judged - you need to talk to me to get it 😉.
Behavioural Health Integration (BHI) is particularly beneficial for clients with chronic illnesses such as Diabetes, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Asthma, Crohn’s and chronic pain.
This suits clients and their families or carers who support changes of life a chronic condition requires; socially, emotionally, mentally, environmentally, functionally and more.
Purpose
Comprehensive Care - By integrating mental health and primary care services, BHI addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of chronic conditions. This coordinated care model helps improve overall health outcomes, enhances client’s satisfaction, and wellbeing alongside life with a chronic condition.
Benefits

Improved Quality of Life: Helps clients develop coping strategies, manage stress, and improve their overall well-being.
